RE:UP & Fool’s Gold Party 5/9

Though this is going down in Williamsburgh, we gotta show love to Bushwick based RE:UP Magazine along with Fool’s Gold who … well, they’re just really cool.

Peep this video Killer Mike did recently with Mass Appeal TV where he says that Q-Tip, Rakim, Dead Prez, Cee-Lo and Andre are hurting the game!
The homie Kaos over at TheKaosEffect threw this video of this bird buggin out on the subway in ATL (the MARTA for all you unfamiliar):
Not to be outdone by Kaos, the MARTA or crack heads in the South, on behalf of Bushwick, the J Train, MTA, the borough of Brooklyn and the greater city of New York, we present you with THIS f**king guy:

Sinden is the truth! Plain and simple. Dude has been wrecking it lately. Got a new podcast loaded up on weekly show on Mad Decent which he spon on his weekly show on Kiss (not the Kiss105 more of the Bushwick readers are familiar with).
This is the baddest way someone could ever throw up the middle finger to technology. SDSU had this clip of dude wrecking shop with a pair of casette players!!
It reminded us of this oldie but goodie from the 45 King:

I painted my toenails last night and did a horriffic job, as usual. Maybe my toes are just oddly shaped. Or maybe I’m just not good at painting toenails, which is a shame as I really enjoy doing it.
Why was MST3K so much funnier with Joel than it was with Mike?

I don’t know what MST3K is nor why it was so much funnier with Joel than it was Mike. One thing but I do know is that coming across a blog called Twergi which had one post ever, published back in ‘02, with content of this caliber, should be shared with the world at least one more time.

The homie Wes over at Sit Down Stand Up put this image gallery together of some photos he took over the weekend around what appears to be near Flushing Ave and Broadway. For the full spread, click here.
I use sell mixtapes but know I run a blog. That will be my new anthem and Mux Tape will be my new way of putting mixes together to share with my friends (who are all internet nerds). This is just plain smart. I only know one person who still uses a tape player, and he lives all the way in Rhode Island.
